With 38 years of experience and passion in creative cooking, Asterios Sousouras and his team operate Trizoni from a two-storey, neoclassical building. Trizoni is about daily catches of fresh fish and seafood prepared tartare, sashimi and crudostyle. The olive oil is produced exclusively for their establishment. The bread is baked in a woodburning oven. They even have a resident cheesemaker/specialist. The list of wines is updated regularly. Whether it’s a salad, side dish or main course, Trizoni guarantees the quality and freshness of their ingredients.
