Teo Iliopoulos offers one of the most unique, enjoyable and flavourful dining experiences on the ‘Island of the Winds’: specifically, that of Lifestyle Cooking. Twenty-five years ago, Teo found himself in Mykonos and, since then, has never left. After sometime working as a bartender, he later entered the kitchen with a newfound love for natural ingredients and their flavours. With this foundation and a singular vision, he began Lifestyle Cooking, his dream project, in 2014. On the inhabitant islands of Rhenia and Tragonisi, he began preparing fresh seafood in front of his diners, dishes such as ceviche, lobster, sea urchin, clams, mussels and seafood spaghetti. From Richard Gere and former NBA star Ronnie Seykeli to Giorgio Armani, Teo has established him-self as one of the preeminent chefs on Mykonos with a growing list of jet-setting clientele.
